dear bank of america, i really hate you. your customer service is crap, you won’t give me a free savings account with no minimum balance or required transfers even though i’m will to entrust you with a large amount of money, and your interest rates are worse that paypal’s. the only thing you have going for you is a pretty good online banking setup… but that’s no reason to stick around, especially with online banking like mint.com.
